These guys have been to Audi school! (literally) Jeff Dukeman is an Audi savior. He made the experience of repairing my Q7 completely seamless, was incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly enjoys his work of putting modern complex vehicles back together! Glad I chose them and had Caliber as an Audi certified option via my insurance.

I recently brought my Grand Cherokee in for somebody work after an accident. I would like to say the level of service I received from Travis and Jeff Jacob’s was outstanding. Caliber stood behind their Gold warranty an both team members were extremely friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to use them again

I am not one to ever leave reviews, however, my experience at Caliber Collision in Apex was fabulous. The customer service was gold standard. Shout out to Thomas, my service advisor. You kept me apprised every step of the way and your communication with me through the process was fantastic! The quality of work and paint was top-notch. Although my car took a few more days than estimated, the result paired with the fact that Caliber Collision legit took care of everything with the insurance company, was well worth the wait. Hands down, this is the place to have your car fixed and painted.

I had an amazing experience working with Carson, the manager at Caliber Collision. From the moment I walked in, he was extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled perfectly. Carson truly goes above and beyond for his customers. He made sure my car was repaired to perfection and didn’t miss a single detail. What really stood out was his willingness to make the process stress-free—he even arranged a rental car for me so I wouldn’t be without transportation. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to customer satisfaction. Carson is hands down the best, and I’m incredibly grateful for his exceptional service. Thank you again!
